Regulatory Compliance - EH&S

Domestic Regulations Regulatory compliance procedures should be established to ensure that personnel are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws and regulations. These laws often have criminal penalties, civil penalties or can result in confining regulations. Organizations, like individuals, can be found guilty of criminal conduct. The measure of their punishment for felonies and Class A misdemeanors is governed by Chapter Eight of the sentencing guidelines. Regulatory compliance procedures will minimize the risks violations.
